I bought it on sale on Steam a bit ago. I haven't had time to try it out yet though.

I got a freebie copy with my 5870. I'll install it for a few games if you persist in playing it.

Hmmm, can get a Steam code for £14.99 on ebay, or best offer thingie, I went upto £11.10 before it wouldn't let me do it again, so bidding on a copy instead.

A copy that in all likelihood just won't turn up. Or if it does have no code in it so it's useless.

Not that I hate and despise ebay and paypal and anything else to do with the people who set it all up the bunch of fucking cunts.

In other news, I'm vacillating between crap and actually quite good, despite my inability once again to fish out a gamepad and use it with a driving game a la porq. But porq was good because it was shit, this is good because it's shiny and not outrageously difficult.

GfWL instal was a piece of wank, but then suddenly it worked and it worked quite well.

DiRT 1 was arse, I thought. I played the console demos and the handling was just wank for a rally car game - more like racing RC cars than insanely powerful saloons on a surface with less grip than shit on a teflon shovel.

Is this one better?

yeah, I didn't like the original.

This seems a lot better to me, some cars handle like shit, just how you'd expect them to.

Give the demo a shot.

I've bought plenty of keys for things on ebay before, never had a problem.
