Does this sound familiar to any of you?

A PC game from a while back, like mortal combat except all the fighters were puppies and kittens that morphed into big evil looking animals. All in cartoon, in back alleys and things.

I remember a puppy got glowing green goop dropped onto him, and he turns into this massive black dog with red eyes. It was all fairly dark, but kind of funny. Possibly called something like beast wars except not because that's transformers.

This is probably against forum regulations, but it's been bugging me for a while.

yes! i can't remember the name, but i know "home of the underdogs" has it up for download. i think the name began with "battle"
