So I ended up using a different email address which surprisingly let me still use TezzRexx even though it's tied to a different email address - or so you would have thought.
Way to go, EA.
It fucked me about big time too. I attempted to use my old login with EA, reset my password as I couldn't remember it, went to log back on, password incorrect?! WTF.HereComesPete wrote:Hurgh!
Can't login to online. I finally figured you have to associate a persona with your EA account, so I picked my EA classic name, which is unsurprisingly HereComesPete, then I put the pass in that I've used to sign in to ea.uk site, it did fuck all.
FUUUUUUUUCCCCCKKK YOOOUUUUUU EA!

I think my EA name is sirfil2004, which was all super and modern when I created it on a whim to play Medal of Honor: Rising Sun on the PS2 after getting it a network card in hope of a UK FFXI release and SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs which was crap but you got a free headset.
Now I look like an arse and still have to sign in with it. I'm losing my @warwick.ac.uk email address at the end of the year and desperately trying to change everything that uses it - as you can see with stuff that stretches so many years back, it'll be easy to miss stuff, especially when stupid systems (like Steam) still require you to use your original email as your login, even when you've changed it.
I must be a pretty rare breed, having had the same email address for thirteen years - how does everyone else cope? My Hotmail account is twelve years old, should get around to checking it sometime.

I would guess you hotmail account is dead.
I've moved through about 8 hotmail accounts and a few other accounts over the years. I till run a few of each for various spam net purposes.
I finally managed to reset my password, create a new persona, create a new EA account in game with all my original details of the new persona and get logged. I do wonder how they manage to balls things up so much, then I remember, it's EA.
Now as I realise I should be asleep I'm the proud holder of over half the street times for the motorbike, some of them are even in gold instead of silver, I'm not sure why though.
I also realised I've not blinked in about 5 hours.
