Neverwinter Nights 2

This is out on Friday (3/11/06), I've already got my copy on delivery from play.com for a measly £24.99. Any of you gonna be playing? Also, will we be getting an NWN2 Icon?

Very tempted, even though I never finished the original cos the story line failed to grip me entirely. Think I might wait until you tell me how good it is ;)

It'll be a pleasure. I'll post a first impressions review over the weekend if I get the chance. I am particularly excited though as I had no idea it was so close 'til last night at about 00:30 when my mate told me... Kind of like being surprise sexed.

From what I saw playing the beta test, most certainly. Although judging from my financial state it will be from alternative sources.

:sweep:

Plus, its been given a fucking good review in PC Gamer.

Yeah, the PC format review was very complimentary, I have the original but havn't played it much. Although I always intended to go back and finish it (Although I still havn't finished Quake 4 or FEAR ... or Far Cry, or COD 2... hmm what have I finished?...)

I think I'll forget about the original and get this, although only after I've had enough of Oblivion, which could be a while

Oooh did you b3ta it? I don't doubt that it will be pretty special, the first one was awesome. How demanding (PC Wise) is it? I've looked at the recommended specifications for it and it's well within my limits, just curious mostly.

Here's a link to the rec specs if anyone's interested <a href="http://nwn2forums.bioware.com/forums/vi ... clicky!</a>

Carbon isn't most inspirational name for a sequel, as in carbon-copy. I saw this and thought, ooh- new driving game, then I noticed it was Ned for Speed and it would be all clapped out Novas and diamanté-encrusted SUVs.
