HALP! POLTERGEISTS IN MY COMPUTER!

So my computer is making a weird noise, it used to do it about 4 months ago but then suddenly stopped, now it's doing it again.
It's probably nothing but it does not sound healthy, and does it at random.

You probably have to turn your sound up to hear it, he does it once at the beginning and once at the ending of the video.

is it the slightly louder fan noise, or the creaking of a chair?

if it's the creaking, that's your chair.

if it's the whiny fan noise, poke your fingers into fans when it happens, I bet it's one of the case fans that's not happy.
