Brum Bash V Aftermath
Thank you all for coming, guys. Really appreciate your attendance, as without a critical mass of 5punkers, a bash doesn't amount to much.
Much fun was had by all, ranging from chaotic pizza ownership, to munching on home-made Berk brownies and Mr J's wonderful Belgian exports.
We even descended on an ancient Greek goddess of fried potato and ate all of her stuff.
A multitude of wonderful games were played on all platforms - begining with some retro golden axe and streets of rage action, before delving back into the Sega Mega Drive and Master System collection. The PS3 proved a big hit, as did the Xbox with it's marvellous breast-bouncing fighting games.
Vodka got some sponsorships for his massive pub-fueled bike ride, and I managed to break even with the cost of food through your kind donations to the Bashfund, thanks everyone!
Thanks to those kind cooks that whipped up this morning's bacon, sausage and egg extravaganza. The sausages were veh' tasty, I'll definitely be returning to said butcher for more of those next Bash.
Thanks to Pete for providing us all with talking points throughout the day and night whenever a cloud of green and brown mist serenely wafted along the room and provided us with some sort of noxious Mexican-wave of nose-pinching.
Thanks to all that contributed to the Spotify playlists that were used on the first day while people arrived, there were from great tunes in there. (Rock lobster?)
Looking forward to Brum Bash VI!

Excellent bash was excellent. I enjoyed the walk around in the rain. The public transport was less enjoyable, but it was because it was mostly filled with people telling me to play wow. I may cave in soon damn you all.
Grimmie parent's new sofa/chair are stupendous and I will endeavour to buy myself one.
As are his vlad/ural presents from punkchuck, truly excellent work on those.
Sunglasses are mine. I'm not bothered about them, tenner from next/burtons/wherever. I'll get them at next bash.
Hueg bag of sossij was tasty. Shake butcher man's hand.
Damn you Joose for showing me 'Y - the last man', it's a great read. I looked for volume one of about five different comics I'm wanting in the geek store, they didn't have them.
DOA4 and SC4 have so much breast it's like the fillet packing plant at a Bernard Matthews factory. Excellent stuff!
It wasn't a rock! It was a rock lobster!

Also, terrible films watched - tremors, flash gordon, super troopers, half of kenny. All good in a terrible way.
