I often don't want to just listen to music in the car, I cant stand commercial radio, radio 2 bores the tits off me, and I can count the radio 1 dj's that don't piss me off on one <s>hand</s> finger. So I've started listening to podcasts.
Trouble is, the only ones I've found I actually like so far are the PC Gamer podcasts (frequently funny, interesting gamer type news, fucking awful recording quality) and Stephen Fry's podograms (brilliant, funny, informative, hasn't been updated in bloody months). That gives me, on average, an hour of listening a month. I need moar!
So what podcasts do you guys listen to?
Spec me a podcast, bitches!

I used to listen to the Video Game Show from Gamercastnetwork.com.
They're a bunch of American gamers who chat about games for an hour on Skype. It's good fun.

Ted Talks are great, I usually watch the videos, but they have audio podcasts too.

I listen to the sporadic Penny Arcade ones and also some Learning Japanese ones that were free off iTunes.

I'm a big Diggnation fan www.diggnation.com and have had the pleasure to be on a few episodes. They're awesome guys and it's a very entertaining show.
Fresh Air from NPR is easily the best interview show on the radio, bar none. It runs the gamut from actors and musicians, to politicians and scientists. I adore it and listen religiously http://www.npr.org/templates/rundowns/r ... p?prgId=13
Gary Vaynerchuk's Wine Library TV is really great too if you're into that sort of thing. tv.winelibrary.com
All of the above are available thru iTunes.

Games-wise I listen to the Rock Paper Shotgun podcast, although the quality varies wildly.
For the lols, I listen to...
Collings & Herrin
Richard Herring and Andrew Collins explore the week's news and turn it in to an excuse to talk about bumming. Weekly-ish.
Phill & Phil's Perfect Ten
Phill Jupitus and Phil Wilding pull questions for a hat and answer them. Exceedingly puerile. Biweekly-ish.
Adam & Joe on 6 Music
Highlights from the Adam & Joe Radio Show. Weekly.
Also the BBC's Friday Comedy Podcast, which is a repeat of whatever's on Radio 4's 6pm Friday slot (usually Now Show or News Quiz). Not always worth recommending though.

There's more which I shall post presently...
/edit
Ricky Gervais Podcast - Mostly just promoting his other stuff.
David Mitchell's Soapbox - Quite funny and well produced short videos.
Make It So - That Star Trek one I mentioned.
And a few others relating to my personal music tastes which I wont bother posting.
