meh
I have no idea what my 'EA Name' is, and I am rapidly losing interest with EA's pointless account bollocks.

Code: Select all
A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (ctl00$content$VeteranForm1$bf2_n="<tls>fear").
Nice one EA
Tossers.
(asp.net 2 blocks all posts with tags unless you say otherwise - basic asp.net really)
Edit: They've also made it so I can see their source (meaning it is compiled in debug with symbols) and they have custom error messages so anyone can see the detailed stack / code trace. Complete retards.
Yep, another edit...
Code: Select all
c:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP..... Are they running NT? (or win2k) Not really cutting edge is it.....
3rd, and likely final, edit:

I dunno, it worked fine for me, once I remembered what the EA login was (I had made one a while ago).

Got my name reserved.
It wouldn't let me have [5punk] on the front of it though

More annoying is the character length (14 max)
Because of this I cannot use the same name WooElephantYeah, and I've had to change it to Wellyphant, as WEY isn't allowed.
If it wasn;t for the unlocks, it would of been completely useless

Yes. The site just clearly doesn't want to work for me.

Worked for me, after about five attempts at remembering my EA username. DogPants is secured, position clear. Out.

Well that was surprisingly easy for me. The legacy of spoodie continues into the future, maybe I should have picked "Son of spoodie"

I tried to steal Gunslinger but it was already taken, so once again I'm Gunslinger42. I'll add 5punk into the clan tags bit when I get the game.

I think EA purposely dont let you have a name unless it has numbers in it, everything without seems to be taken.

Even though I won't be playing this game, I have succesfully squatted my name to keep the heathens off of it.
