Something Aweful

Post by friznit »

Whilst munching some :caek: and quietly congratumalating myself on producing 1000 posts of shite on the forum, I was wondering if anyone here is a subscriber to that fairly well known site, Something Aweful? My mate highly recommends it and keep's trying to persuade me to subscribe. Second opinion?

somethingawful.com? I thought you only had to subscribe to post in the forums. They have some funny stuff on the site, the spoof game reviews, cliff yablonski and jeff k are okay if actually the same joke over and over. A lot of the other stuff misses humourous by miles.

I know one of the b3tans often gets in on the Photoshop Phriday loving. No idea what his thoughts on the forum are though.
It's one of the many places I frequently forget to go.

As an aside (and I agree with everyone else, horrible please), If you did subscribe, we'd could have a nice useful spy in goonswarm 8)

Fourthed, really not worth paying for.

Most of the funny stuff is on the main pages, the forums are dire.

Thought Goonswarm was pretty much dead anyway? Their latest post suggested they'd all got bored anyway.

Na, they got bored by BoB snipers, so they've declaired war on BoB in a bid for some empire fun.

if it was me, I'd try and form up as much of goonswarm and then go invade delve, but whatever, I'm not their gifted and insightful alliance leader (him who pods his own alliance mates with smartbombs  )

Artillery, Railguns, Beams. Stick some long range ammo in, you've got a sniper :)
