LG rant
Fucking LG. After 10 months of not even bothering to attach my viewty to the pc I decided on ring tone update and went to get the driver cd from the box. Empty fucking sleeve! Could I find the drivers on their website, could I bollocks. Their website in both international and uk flavour are fucking terrible. They cant die in a fire. My next phone is sony or nokia.

You need drivers? My Sony doesn't although I do have the option of using their software, and it does have a special USB cable which I'd be fucked if I lost it.
Does your phone have a memory card? If so, can you remove it and plug that in somewhere? Just drop and drag then do the shuffling on the phone if possible.

sorry, but nokia make some of the most reliable and indestructible phones i've ever owned.
This one in particular: http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_6310i-317.php
It never let me down. Not once. Battery lasted weeks, signal never dropped below 5 cells, never ever ever crashed etc.
Unfortunately in the modern times that is not enough. I have to use a blackberry. Features are great and it can do anything - but its not as good at just being a phone

It's also ugly as fuck. My Samsung Sync has been great for a long time now. The only thing wrong with it is the external screen broke a while ago, so I have to open it up to see who's calling. Otherwise it's been great.ProfHawking wrote:sorry, but nokia make some of the most reliable and indestructible phones i've ever owned.
