Blimey this looks great.

Think it might clash with the possible "move date" that's coming up in the next few weeks though.

What a brilliant idea though, shame I can't commit to anything at the moment

Clan/group prices
5 or more = £35 weekend ticket
8 or more = £30 weekend ticket
(To book a clan/group ticket please email me)

Day tickets are £15 for each day (Hog roast not included with day ticket)
Weekend ticket £40

Projector Games will be making an appearance at the LAN. If you haven’t heard of them, they have a unique set of specially written games for a projector. This means that you can all play on the same screen at the same time. It’s crazy stuff. One game we are definitely playing is Bomberman. These guys hold the record for the biggest game, 35+ people in one game at the same time! We will be looking to beat that. They also have a load of other great games too. Check them and their site out.

If you have any more suggestions please let us know

Security

The venue has one entrance and exit. People arriving and leaving will be required to show their tickets or entry will be refused. Cars leaving will be searched to ensure they only have the equipment they should have. While we cannot accept responsibility for your equipment we will do our best to ensure its safety.

Each person attending the lan will receive 1 ticket plus 2 labels. The labels go on your PC and monitor (on the base or wherever) and match your own personal ticket. When entering/leaving the marque you will be asked to show your ticket. When entering/leaving the marquee with computer equipment the labels on it must match your personal ticket.
Seems to make sense, though I guess you could lock it up in your car or put it in your sleeping bag with you!
