We're not alone

Post by friznit »

Chaps, our lonely existence in W9-DID is coming to an end. A relatively new ISS member corp called Rogue Elements (R-E) (ex-FLA) are going to set up a medium tower here. They have about 10 active members, some UK, mostly USA (2 EST, 1 Central, 1 PST - some company for you, Ki'esha!). As I understand it they plan to harvest the chromium moon (VI-10) probably with a view to making Hexite in the future I'd guess.

In true 5punky fassion I have extended them a warm welcome, offered moon scans and the protection of our large POS while they get set up (it's open to alliance members), though I have said to stay away from the smaller towers since they're closed.

They sound like they're keen ice miners and ratters and we could benefit greatly from working together.

I believe they intend to be set up this weekend, so expect to see them about from then.

Now let's get to bumming the neighbours!

:excited:
I'd like to chi in with this too, as we use to be really really good at keeping the POS tidy, but in the last couple of months (least since I rejoined) there's usually been one or two left floating. Now we've got neighbours, please can we resume our old habbits of keeping the place tidy :)

Christ, when did W9- become flavour of the month. 28 man corp called Dark Order Enterprises are looking at w9- for ratting and mining. They've not got moon mining on their list but I've said when they get into ISS I'll give em a hand about getting started right as far as that goes.

Also their all 0.0 virgins and are all relativly new to eve (8 month old chap I was talking to is one of their oldest)

70 guys in 1 system. Oh my...

Meh, I liked it when we had the system to ourselves, gonna be hard actually finding anything to kill with that many in system.

Although I was ratting with with of the new people last night who made me realise I could rat in a blasterthron afterall since most BSes drop cap boosters...

Also, if theyre only interested in ratting and mining might it be an idea to reccomend somewhere else for them? Its already getting a bit overcrowded and hard to find rats and if they move in it'll be hard to tell who's hostile and who's not.
