Empire Mining Coordinator - Position Vacant
Plan and announce empire mining ops. Coordinate miners, haulers, refiners and combat cover. Apportion out proceeds in minerals or isk (25% of all ops go to corp stocks).

Plan and announce 0.0 mining ops. Coordinate miners, haulers, refiners, tankers and scouts. Liaise with Production Managers to apportion minerals between personal and corp building programme.
Production Manager - Passadiri & Ki'esha
Prioritize, plan and execute production, organise blueprint research and liaise with mining coordinators for mineral supplies. Secondary role is to maintain the industry hangar, cleaning and reprocessing junk. Also ensuring ammo and ships at the ready for system and POS defence.
Empire Production & Office Manager - Manorina (Temp Post - volunteers Req'd)
Prioritize, plan and execute production, organise blueprint research and liase with mining coordinators for mineral supplies. Secondary role is to maintain the Empire hangars, reprocessing junk.
Training Assistant - Elotane
Plan training operations and work with Dres on recruitment to Fw4ppers.
CEO - Feafalas
Our representative to our alliance as well as other corps. Only the CEO or Vice can speak officially for the corp at that level. Responsible for all areas of corp management, especially the coordination of the directors and managers. The CEO also has a duty of care to all members, any problems or issues, ideas or criticisms go to the CEO or Vice. The direction of the corp is chosen by the members, but the CEO is there to facilitate our goals and ensure the corp stays on track.
We currently aim to grow the corp membership with able and active members who bring talent and presence to the table in any area, even just a voice in the chat channels. We aim to move into multiple POS chains, battleship and even T2 production but all the time maintaining the fundamental essence of 5punk (that '5punky Way' again) which is to have fun.
Vice CEO - Friznit
As above; the Vice is the same as the CEO.
Industrial Director & POS Director - Friznit
Guides and instructs the mining and production managers, overseeing the overall operation. Responsible for POS reaction and fuel operation in addition to organising logistics for the POS
Recruitment and Training Director - Dres Kaneerdan
Responsible for recruitment strategy and implementation, guiding new members, gauging their progress and acting as their mentor. Responsible for the training strategy and it's implementation.

To answer a few questions that have cropped up:
The ranks are just a convenient way of assigning roles en masse and follow a logical progression to enable the directors to remember which ones do what. Beyond that there's no real meaning. You can have a custom rank if you want.
In short, the only two areas which we should restrict access to are BP's (unconditionally) and POS Stuff (dependent on whether or not you help out with the POS chain) as these would be the most damaging should an unscupulous bugger decide to run off with them.
Also, access to purchasing from the corp wallet should be restricted to only fully trusted 5punkers. How you decide who is fully trusted is beyond me, and no doubt a determined saboteur could work his way to the top and then rip the corp funds from under us. Thus only Senior 5punkers and above get this option. All others will have to rely on us transferring isk to them but they'll get trader status so they can see deliveries.
Conversely, to see corp buy/sell orders you need to be a fully fledged accountant so the production managers will get this to enable his mgmt of 5punkships and coordination of the markets in Tycho. They will also be the only ones other than directos with regular unmonitored access to the BP's.
I'm afraid this does give us all less autonomy, but that is the price of increased security. The alternative is to lock all the important stuff and put it up to corp vote everytime we want to unlock something
Edit: We will be conducting a complete review of these again later on this week. Hopefully we can get rid of the hierarchical structure and actually assign roles properly.
