very much a test, i don't have, or know anything about this game. however, you need vanilla NWN (up to date),
CEP 1.52 and
http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Mo ... il&id=4424
and to connect to 217.112.95.67:5122 pass:6667
The rest is your problem

Quake 4.
Fear is different enough to UT04 to warrant bukkaking

Erm... now what? is it just the normal single player game but online?
The server seems to save very often, like every 2 mins it goes to a saving screen, is this normal?

Played this almost all the way through, including both addon packs and several of the 3rd party modules (some are quite good). Quite fun to do with 3 or 4 of you together but gets a bit meh after a while. Still, CEP comes with a handy character 'cheat' that's not onlny quite fun, but lets you jump in with a level 25 char to some of the more interesting stuff so you don't have to grind the lower levels.
Might be worth mucking around with some time.

I'm about to install this, but I only have the Shadows of Undrentide expansion. Will I need both to connect?
Is the server even still up?

no, the aim is to find a persistant world module that only needs the vanilla game.

and not currently no, due to a lack of a decent module.

That's what she said.
I dunno, i suspect because once one person completes any part of it, that part is gone.

Wouldn't any module be like that? You could make it reset every two days or something, possibly

nope, a persistant world is like eve or WoW.
Quests are recurring, killed things will reappear after a set amount of time.

Seeing as that was a sly edit.
No, because that'd be *stupidly* difficult to do, would probably fuck people's progress up, and would likely require editing the module.
