What's the model number? We have about 1500 of these handed out to customers and we have to support them all the time.

i think how you need to share it will depend on the software.

Shitty pritner often means shitty software. is it dos/foxpro/oracle/misys based or anything?

i think they use a shitty generic-text based driver? You may need to do some weird printer mapping like:
net use ltp3: \\server\zebraprinter
then in the software choose lpt3 port.

Generic Text driver is used for LPT on Zebras, otherwise the ones I've seen have USB and the normal install CD. Is there any way you can just install it on your machine and configure it from there?
