OK, so as many of you know ZXIC-7 came under assault last night by an extremly heavy horse of CDC battleships, and later dreads. During this all of the POSs in there were destroyed and after diplomatic talks between Count TaSessine and CDC (which didn't as well as hoped) we're not left having to defend ISS Tycho tommorow after DT. Since some people don't have access to the ISS Internal forums yet, here's his post in it's entirity:

Situation
After DT, CDC can shoot the station. So they'll want to come back for that.

Plan
We assemble as many ships as possible in Marginis right before DT tomorrow. After DT, we run CDC out of the system.

I hope you appreciate that due to the unsecure nature of these forums, we cannot share details in the plan with you.

ISS Navy and ISS will provide as many ships as possible for the fleet.

All non-ISS ships can assemble in ISS Marginis or ISS Consido, which ever is more convenient.

Here's where we can help

Lets get a nice big 5punky fleet together in w9- at 11am gmt+1 to set out for kdf ready for the lock-down after DT. we've got amazing profile within ISS atm, as evidence by the amoutn of data I was able to pry out of count and butter dog, so lets just kick it up one more knotch

Since I quite literally crashed my Ferox into the station in Khank whilst flying drunk last night, I've since built myself a Scorpion. However, I also have two Caracals and two tacklers lined up in Marginis for post-DT fun

Woohooo! /me does victory dance. It appears CC/CDC sued for peace. They're NAP'd, they're dismantling their POS's in ZX, and they've granted ISS travel right through Doril. No strings attached. I'd say that's an ISS victory through and through. Just hope it lasts...Count seems pretty confident.

Only sad thing was that I never did get to try out my anti-Chongus Badger of Doooom. Still, ISSN are already hunting the Est Nyx tonight so their may be fresh targets out there.

Oh and I flew through ZX just now. Fuckin weird with all those VIRII and such in there and they were all blue

So a show of horse scared them into a peaceful outcome? This is going to make travel around W9 a whole lot safer if CDC are NAP now.

a note of caution; ISS pilot reports on Alliance mail that CC have informed him that he isn't allowed to travel through Doril in combat ships, only haulers. This is not mentioned in Count and Serenity's summary of the situation, they say

count wrote:CC/CDC have sued for peace. They are pulling out their POS from ZXIC-7 and have signed a NAP (non-aggression-pact) with ISS which includes travel rights for ISS through Doril. No strings attached.

CC and CDC will have docking rights in our stations like the rest of Eve.

Suggest caution until this is clarified

And I killed someone in a Reaper on the gate in a noob corp, popped and podded. I think he said "wtf, i'm a IAC alt" so I tried to get him to get his main to claim him. He didn't.
