In CS:Source there's a little thing under the options screen where you select spray tags and there's a button that says "import spray." Just select the location of the file in your hard drive and it does the rest!

I don't know about original CS though.

i know how to use spray tags and where to put then, but for the life of me i cant find a way to save these images
