Research agents

Thinking of spamming some research agents to see what I can get. Can anyone share some advice about what to train up on to help my odds with them and such? Thought it'd be nice to get a chance at a cool BPO someday. Also it would be nice to know about them to answere questions with new recruits.

Train pre-reqs that the agent in question offers, go see them, they do research for you, they encounter problems, you do stuff for them, you swear, they encounter more problems...

Apparently they eventually give you stuff

That sounds quite fun. What kind of things do you need to train? Or is it just random skills?

thanks, my understanding had been that it was more like other agents, (without as much killing) and you spend LP on offers as they are made to you. So I thought I'd see how much LP I can build up, and see how it goes. By research, do you mean BPO time and materials research?

I know that if you "show info" on the agent you can see a list of skills needed/required/used? and BPOs that they will give out. I know a few of the R&D agents I can get had T2 ammo and such.
