Treyarch (or whoever they are) has a reputation with me. While coop and flamethrower makes me want it, I'm slightly biased by the failure of CoD 3 - and while we're at it, I'm also biased by the success of CoD 2 and CoD 4, I've yet to see IW fuck up.

I've been playing single player recently, it's certainly a bit more "if you don't do what we want exactly you'll die!1111!!2!" which annoys me a tad as I'm only playing on regular and it's whipping me on some levels.

But, the changes they made to CoD has made UO by far the longest running 5punk game.
We'll see really, if they get it right, it'll be good, if they don't, we've not lost anything.

They should do Vietnam for CoD6, Flamethrowers and Napalm
The last game to try Vietnam ended up sucking too so I don't think you can base your judgements on a completely different game. Whatever they do if they put the same effort that went into CoD4, it will be a winnar. Also more flames please :D

I liked Futurebeef and BFV. BFV had some balance issues, but no worse than BEEF. It just didn't have the achievements and rank of BEEF and the originality of 1942. Being able to play rock and roll from vehicles (or Ride of the Valkyries from a heli) was great. The menu screen music was White Rabbit. That's cool in itself.

Not to mention being able to pick up jeeps and APCs with a helicopter, and using it as a giant armoured wreckingball of doom. that was cool as well...

The only good thing I enjoyed when playing BFV was jumping on a scooter and running around with Edwin Starr on the radio.
