Oblivion Game Music Video

Post by Chickenz »

Hey ho all. Heres my work in progress , an Oblivion GMV (Game Music Video). Just the INTRO so far!!!!

Its a quick 35 second clip and all i have so far so please watch and comment. As im making it all myself its going to take a while so please help me by getting these clips for me.

Clips I need are:

1.A nice smooth transition of a clear dusk/night sky, 20-30 seconds long.

2.Panning 3rd person views of Forests, Lakes and snowy hills. (Day or Night) leave your keyboard alone long enough and the game will do it for you.

3.Horse riding at night in the rain (3rd person).

4.Clips of you talking to arsey NPCs.

Clips need to be made with FRAPS and then sent to me uncopressed through msn if possible, my email is M4niac@hotmail.co.uk

The song is 'Crash and Burn' by Savage Garden

Hehehe, looking good so far. Nice to see a video that isn't all violence and thrash metal (not that I don't like those, but variety is the spice of life). I've never seen the intro without it stuttering like Gareth Gates.

Thats ace that is. :likesitall:

I'd offer to make some footage, but the difference in quality of the graphics would show all of teh seams in a video. I have to play it with virtually no grass outside to keep framerates close to 20. Its a good start though - I look forward to the finished article!

Quick Update

Video is progressing nicely, im now at the 1:30 minute mark. Ive had to include swashbuckling im afraid as it ties in nicely with the music and i simply would end up with not enough footage. Sorry for you guys that thought it would be like the intro all the way through.

Not at all, swashbuckling's good too. I may be able to supply some fancy footage once my upgrade arrives and works.
