Metal Gear Acid

Post by Woo Elephant Yeah »

Does anyone here love Strategy games, and fancies swapping the above game for another PSP title they own???

I'm sure it's a very good game if you like Strategy, but I hate it, and it was a present bought for me through amazon, anhd I don't think I can return it by just stating that I think it's shit.

The game shop offered £13 as a trade in, when it retails at £30

Well I quite liked the early Metal Gear games (Well the 1st PSX one anyway) but this strategy sounds a bit weird, perhaps you could give an explanation as to how the card thingy werks :?

I've only got Tony Hawks and GTA for mine, plus loads of emulators and homebrew stuff :) what version PSP have you got WEY?, even with 2.5 and 2.6 you can run emulators (if you have the GTA Liberty City Stories game that is)

O RLY?! I'll have to check that out :D

Yeah I love the metal gear games too and this strategy thing sounds queer. I would of brought a port of just MGS 1 even.

I currently have:
Street Fighter Alpha 3
GTA liberty city stories
Wipeout whatever
WWE Smackdown
Pursuit horse

Dude joo got GTA, joo got a SNES emulator!!!

Download this:
http://files.fanjita.org/psp/eloader096.exe

Then download Snes9xTYL v0.1 (I'm not sure if subsequent versions work on v2.5 or 2.6 PSP)

Install ROMS, then GO!!

If you need any files or ROMS let me know ;)

I have 2.6, and I will have to contact you once I get my 1GB stick as I'm interested in runnign an emulator for stuff.

As for MGA, it is basically a Metal Gear Solid game, but instead of manually moving the character round and sneaking up on things before killing them, you have "cards".

Each card has different styles and characteristics, and can lead to different situations.

So if someone comes round the corner, you can hide, counter attack, use a wide variety of items and so on, and after each main section there is a cut scene involving lots of weird shit as Metal Gear usually does.

Let me know if you wanna swap, it's a Strategy gamers game, and I hate Strategy, but other than that, it looks ace, and it IS brand new.
