After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.

Griefers looking to pick an easy war against new guys because your a training corp for an ISS corp. cheaper to dec you you see.

Who want to pressure for an ISS dec (do they do that?) on these guys?

Meh, fuck 'em. They're after begging letters from what they percieve to be a n00b corp. In reality Fw4ppers are more than capable of looking after themselves financially (which is the real crux of Eve) and if need be I think 5punkorp could lend some heavy firepower as long as ISS knew what was going on.

I know these guys, although not very well

Fighting 501st are based in Hoth, they moved in recently
They have standings with ISS (mutual +5, I think, but blue anyway)
They have always been friendly to me and have even invited us to join them hunting on occasion

Can I suggest that Fea writes to them on behalf of 5punkorp, explaining the relationship between ISS-5punkorp-Fw4ppers. I've a suspiscion that this will clear things up rather quickly. If not, then we'll have to go spank them. we could start by re-arranging their can art outside the hoth station to be a big CDC...

If I'm on over the weekend, I'll head over and see if I can talk to one of them, but it's possible that they saw Fw4ppers open an office in hoth and didn't realise the connection with ISS. It's equally possible that they do know about the connection and don't care. Que spanking.

Question; if fw4ppers are engaged in 0.5 or above, can 5punkers defend if ganged? If so, can we use Dres in an indy as bait? huh huh can we please?

Would be a shame fro hoth to become unfriendly though, ratting is good there...

Right, this is a sticky one. First, you'd need to invite of of the fw4ppers into a gang with you to make you an active ar target to these guys. Then they need to engage you before you can aggress back without concord. IF they dont fire on you, you can't fire without concord/gate guns ganking you.

But yes, it is possible. and should diplomatics fail, I'll happily come down and help out, V diplomacy be damned.

/edit - seems he already knew about it before I talked to him. I had talked to one of his corp members an hour or so before he came on line, but maybe someone got to him before me or he saw Yak fighting in Juddi and realised what a fierce figthing horse we are :D
