Classic 5punk posts

Post by Grimmie »

I know this has cropped up in team speak a few times before.

Sometimes it's fun to go through all the old threads and relive the memories of classic times gone by. Are there any classic 5punk threads or posts that you remember to be great?

Bob47's bout of ninja concerts?
The 'What do you look like' thread, that managed to span years?
The LAN thread where we worry about wheelchair access?

Obviously the great "Counter Strike Tournament/Birth of RO-BO" thread will stick in any 5punker's mind that was there at the time.

I stumbled across Bobbins' post on this one..

May I be the first to start a tangent - had a lad's weekend a while back and we were quietly comparing fees for our different although slightly related professions just for interests' sake, and just as it went quiet I piped up with "Dave, how much are you an hour then?" I'm still reminded of this on a weekly basis.

As for favourite 5punk threads, there are a few that have had me properly laughing. Can't remember which exactly, but I'm sure that there was a CS:S Tourney one.

Not so much a classic thread, as a classic event: 5punk LAN 1

Check out the videos of Hehulk trying to rape Grimmie, and Grimmie enjoying Deliverence

Nothing shall ever to compare to the legendary CS:S tourny thread (though the petard Adware post is fucking close). Here are a choice few of my own:

The Ballad of RO-BO

Homosexuality

Epic Porn thread

In my time here, this. More because it was the funniest nights gaming, evar, than for the thread.
