New Office to Replace Berta

Post by friznit »

Not surprisingly Maspah was all full up. So I've rented an office in Khankenirdia which is 2 jumps from Berta and just off the main route North to Rens. It's a 0.6 system with a limited number of belts with Pyrox in them, but the station has a Med Bay and a factory and 50% repro facility. All for only 10k per month.

I'll make some instas from the station to join our elgoi/assah route and drop em in the corp hangar here.

We've got until 11 Mar until our Berta office closes down so no real rush and that gives us a chance to get the POS fuel shifted down to the POS.

For the moneybags - make sure you don't pay the rental bill for berta this month! ;)

OK. Things we need to do and I'd appreciate some help on cos as much as I love hauling, it's sapping my will to live:

1. Shift the remaining POS fuel down to the POS - still a fair amount to go, but we've got two week's worth thanks to Fab, Hehulk and co.

2. Find a seller for the Haf in the corp hangar and sell it. - Done. Thanks Bomber!

3. Move the minerals at the POS to Marginis. Sell them.

4. Move the loot from the POS to Rens. Sell or repro. - Done. Once again thanks to the haulers who brought this back up. I took it all to Rens and sold off what I could (about 25 mill) and repro'd the rest for a nice chunk of ship building mins :)

5. Move everything from Berta to Khank office. - Done. Thanks Wiggy for your help.

6. Build a bunch of little ships and modules with the mins we get. Sell them.

7.....

8. Profit - 55 mill to go for this months target then the rest is ours! (Don't forget we'll have another load of Haf waiting at the POS 8) )

I've found a buyer for the Haf in Essence for 1900-2100/unit, so I'm running all that up there now. 80+ jumps total so that'll be me for the morning I suspect. Once done, I'll start moving the stuff to the new office

I'm happy to scout fro anyone making a POS run also, or do one myself if someone else prefers to scout

/edit Haf am sold. Still 2k units in bertie as I couldn't fit it all in 2 runs. 'bout 45M to the corp

I'm tending to find I'm grabbing a few hours here and there when Mrs Pants is out/asleep, and that's not so productive. So I'm going to have a word and arrange a night where I can devote the whole thing to hauling/mining/ratting and start earning my place in the corp again. Hopefully this will start this week, so I've got a BII in Berta ready to haul as soon as I've arranged the time.

Bomber - good work. Many thanks.

Pants - Please do not ruin a relationship over Eve.

If we can get things stable by week starting 27th Mar, then I am going to take a couple of days off and get this all wrapped up, just in time to sort the next month out :P

Also, be aware that it is school half term at the mo - watch out for the 12 year olds.

Happy days, if you feel up to a POS run the most important stuff at the moment is Isotopes and a few Mech Parts and Robotics. Don't take it all at once of course - just in case

Cheers!

Hehe, it's not that. It's just that in 0.0 a lapse of concentration means you find yourself back in Berta with no hair (I always think clones start of bald for some reason), and so I need to arrange a night when Mrs Pants knows she's unlikely to get more than a single syllable response out of me at times. If it's a set time - like COD night - then she won't mind.

I okayed last night with her at short notice and she was okay for a few hours. Unfortunately earlier she'd told a salesman to call back later for me and he turned up just as we warped in for the fight. Needless to say, I didn't get up to speak to him (which would have only been to tell him to piss off anyhow).

Hauling to the POS this avo was a bust. map suggested camps in both the Doril and G-5EN2 routes so we canned the idea. Loaded up and will try in the morning first thing

Edited the To Do list. Good work so far. Those damn happy slapper holiday campers are a right PITA. All routes to the POS were camped all night long tonight. We've got about 5 days before the lowest fuels run out I think.

ok, we've (fab and bomber, with me running scout) shifted a sizable chunk of POS fuel (and friznits missiles) down to the POS, so we're up to a few weeks fuel there again.

Good work so far guys, I'm editing the To Do list as we go. Still got a bit of fuel to move down and into the secure cans but we're not critical anymore (I count critical as less than 7 days worth at the POS).

Also, we only have 55 mill to go before we hit the 300 mill buffer for the month which is great news. With another 50mill or so in haf by the end of the month, plus a mining op or two in W9 and no doubt a load more loot drops we should be nicely into profits :boogie:
