My interest in the PS3 has risen slightly and now registers in single digit negatives.
I'd told myself that I was going to get a 360 at some point, but their reliability rate and lack of ZOMGWOW has dulled my interest in one of those too.
Until either of them become good I'll stick with my Wii and PSP.
I keep meaning to turn my Xbox in to a mediacenter but haven't got around to it yet.

I agree with the none option being needed. I'm still on the last gen with a:
PS2
GameCube
X-Box
DS
GBA
N64
Genesis w/ master sys converter
SNES
Nintendo
and an intellivision somewhere....
I have owned...
Sega master sys
Atari 2600
Jaguar
NeoGeo
Saturn
Dreamcast
SegaCD
32x
Vextrex
Ps1 (7 of them to be exact)
PS2
GameCube
X-Box
DS
GBA

I've owned -
spectrum,
master system,
nes,
snes,
megadrive x2 (1 original, 1 of the II variety),
N64,
gamecube,
psone x2 (the normal and the little diddly version),
x-box,
xbox360.
Haven't really been on the 360 in a while, my mates came round t'other day for beers and halo, but we got thrashed constantly so I put halo 2 in the tray to unlock my 6000+ hours stees and pwnz, which I did.
I'll have a Wii when I persuade the missus that exercise dvds are useless and she should purchase a Wii because its fun and gets you a bit fitter.

I'm not that good at any of the Halo games online but I've found people that were worse. Perhaps you just got unlucky.HereComesPete wrote:Haven't really been on the 360 in a while, my mates came round t'other day for beers and halo, but we got thrashed constantly so I put 2 in the tray to unlock my 6000+ hours stees and pwnz, which I did.

Fair point, I considered getting an early PS3 as they contained the emotion chipset and 99% of Ps1 and PS2 games would work on it.FatherJack wrote:Wii and 360, still play Dreamcast and PS2. If given a choice, I'd want a PS3 with backward compatibily, but am waiting until 2009 when it might have some games I want in any case.
That would have been an awesome purchase, alas Sony are money grabbing bastards and cunts to the European market.
