joystick + me + plane = no crashes! I still can't hit anything, but I won't be crashing much anymore.

Psh,, wasd + arrow keys = win. I can usually take out an enemy chopper or plane before getting shot down... I still can't bomb anything for the life of me though.

i'm pretty fine with keyboard and mouse too. joysticks have always been too sensitive in BF games

I quite like flying with the joystick, but I hate flying planes. I still use the mouse for the helicopter though.

This. In my first flight on a ranked server, I managed not only to get my badge, but I got 14 kills, including two in the enemy bomber that I shot down, before I crashed into the sea.
