aparently its quite old but then i am quite new to the MMONG scene. its been in the news quite a bit recently with some crazy sod paying £56,000 for a plot of land. its free, apart from if you want money you can either earn it or buy it. the thing is, if you make money or get bored of the game you can transfer the money back into real life money.
anybody else played this? is it any good? think im gonna download it and piss about for a while before i decide if im going to invest any real time/money into it
...jebus thats some hefty download

i downloaded and had a quick bash at this last night...
engine is a bit clunky, and it's very confusing at first, no tutorial, your just dumped into the world and left to get on with it :/ fortunately i gained a 'mentor' (a long standing player willing to help out n00bs) who got me started and showed me what to do
currently i am gathering sweat from animals to sell... i shit you not... it's a very odd game.
interface isn't the best either, not overly intuative...
...or maybe i've just been spoiled by the excellent game design in WoW
i'll play it a bit more, but i'm not tempted to put any money into it just yet, we shall see...

I read something about this on the BBC website. Apparently one gamer bought a space station for the equivalent of $20k (or some similar figure). The in game currency can be bought with real life 'dollas'.
It looks quite interesting, someone will have to let me know if it's worth having a dabble*
*yes, you are my MMONG testing bitches.

Played it for a while.. There's little to no sign of a tutorial, no quests, no guidance. Even though it's using ancient graphics it's laggy as buggeration. I was able to get some sweat from a few animals (Mentioned above).. But apparently you can't sell it for money, you have to convince other players to buy it, which is difficult.
Let me repeat.
You cannot.. "SELL".. An items made speicifically for "NOOBS"..
This game is user unfriendly.
Do not download it.
