No-one stands out against the might of ROBO and more commonly 'slinger when he's on form in games.

This, but somehow, the sum is more than the total of its parts, and as a team we're normally pretty good. Glad you enjoyed it though, but I'd highly recommend Teamspeak, even if it's only for listening at first. Not only is it easier to play with decent communication, but far more importantly it's invariably far more fun.

I think it's TS that makes us better as a team, and possibly the fact that we play so many games together that it comes pretty much automatically. There are probably clans who don't play together as much as we do. And yeah, TS makes the games so much better.
We use tactics? I've heard "I'm gonna teabag him", or "Can we kick that knobhead?". Maybe "Pirate is a spy" (possibly "Pyro is a spy", I prefer pirate though).
I think tactics generally consists of "that cupcake over there just killed me three times in a row, please can we all go pyro and rush the fucker." Seems to work though!
Teef did take me a fair bit of getting used to, and I'm still far from great with most classes. Possibly that's down to my engineer-whoring though. I should really broaden my horizons I think, as half the classes have only got about an hour played. However, I found I took to Cod like Berk to alcohol.
Not exactly. My first night of playing it I was up till quarter to 4 in the morning and drinking throughout though, so you're not too far off the mark!
