Ice refining

Anyone close to this yet or shall I do it?

(needs refinery effiency lvl 5, Science lvl5, Engineering lvl5 and Hydromagnetic physics lvl 4)

I'm a couple of weeks away (I guess) and have a shitload of ice I want to refine :D
