Corp Hulk invention.

Post by Morrill »

Here is what I need for a corp invention of Hulks,

80 Mechanical Engineering datacores
80 Gall starship eng data cores
10 single run BPC of Covetor
10 Symbiotic Figures

All on contract in Goram. Please use this thread as a sign up of what you can bring.

I can supply half the mech eng datacores (40) at whatever lowest market cost is atm.

Edit: corp is paying for all the invention and build supplies. I'll have Fea build them and then work out how many we have to sell to break even and the rest will go to corp peeps at cost, which by my reckoning atm is around 60mill assuming we get at least one successful run.

When you get to the building portion, 5punk can provide the T2 bits. We've got one in production already, and we can source the components for the others.

I'm interested in helping, mostly to get my name down for a 60M hulk out of a deep seated sense of corp loyalty but have no idea what any of those doohikies are.

I could get the coveter BPC I guess, I'd just pull them off the market, mind

Just to be sure, that's 10x 1 run coveter BPCs, not 1x 10 run (or does it not matter?)

Worth paying extra for better ME/PE?

10 x 1 run BPCs and afaik for invention ME makes little difference. However, since you need to build some covetors too it helps (see below). Have a talk with Jack first cos I think he might have a friend with a BPO or some way of getting cheap copies.

Once we've got everything we can on the cheap, I'll bung some isk at Jack and he'll go buy whatever else he needs and run 10 invention attempts (I've donated my 400mill data interface to the corp btw, which Jack is holding on our behalf). If all goes to plan we should get at least one 9 run bpc out of the mix.

For actually buildind the things, I'll run up a list of what comps we need soon. But we'll be wanting at least 9 built covetors, so it might be worth sticking those on the boil now with the mins we have in Goram (job for Dres to organise).

We'll also need some RAM - Starship Tech (I have a BPO somewhere, it uses normal mins to build) and some special red ore, which we might have knocking about in the hangar.

Aye, I've got a bit of that mineral, but might need more. I've been scanning like crazy for rogue drones, w/ no luck lately. That's where I've gotten what I have now.

Bomber, when you get in touch w/ Jack, please get us bpc's for 10 covetors however you can. We'll try to stage some ops near Goram to get our trit locally rather than flying about for it. So some covetors and our T2 strips that are in production would take care of that nicely. As we get more minerals, we'll build more barges until we have the 10 we need. Also, anyone w/ a covetor that they'd like to donate for upgrade, please let us know.

I've got a spare covetor sitting in Khank that's been there for a good year. If there's spare runs left I'll not complain at an upgrade

Fab, that would be awesome! Are M-corp still in business? If they are, I bet they're selling covetor bpc's, could you get a pc on some 10-runs?

Thanks!

Morrill, could you also invent 30 T2 Strips? If not, please say so, we'll source them. Would be good to include them on the ships though. And I have the BPO (for the T1 strips) still.
