HELP!!!

I can't make up my mind.....

Considering I mine/rat/scan for encounters more than anything else these days, which should I train for a life in 0.0?

The eos is likely getting nerfed with the new drone bandwidth, the devs seem to be hinting that it'll only be able to control 4 heavies, same with the myrm.

The T2 domi could completely change by the time it gets introduced so its not safe to say whether its worth training for, I think its likely it wont get any kind of damage bonus or it'd just be too uber.

The thanatos probably won't be getting changed at all so thats your safest bet, but then again, capitals seem to be the most boring ship type to fly.

T2 Domi as in the Black Ops "Sin" version? Better off with a cov ops for scanning stuffs and a T2 fitted Domi imho. Besides the fact we have no idea what kind of bonuses the new ships will have, do you really need jump drive capability? Command ships are good, but no bonuses without a fleet, so useless solo, and Carrier would be overkill for ratting. And this poll phails for no comedy answer... and the fact that my option is not one of the listed ones.

You're right, Dres doesn't need a new ship, he needs to train for shield skills/shield comps so he can buy an uber tank for his Hulk and mine mine mine mine mine for his Nyx! That's alot of mining drones!!!

Its somewhere in the hueg drone bandwidth thread which is now lost somewhere within the depths of eve-o. I don't care if you dont believe me, they kept it vague so I don't know the exacts of it, we'll just have to wait and see

Myrm needs nerfing anyway. It puts out 2xDPS of other bc's and almost the same as a bs. And has a tank to match.

Eh, eos doesn't get any specific bonuses to drone damage, it's fine imho given it's a command ship. Now the Myrm, Friz is right, is just way too overpowered. 880 DPS with no damage mods?

I don't really care either way but compared with the other fleet command ships the Eos is the far better ship, its on par with the field command ships and alot of people think it should be brought inline with the other fleet cs.

As for the myrm, it was fun having so much dps for a while but I agree it was overpowered. I just wish they'd boost the tier 1 bcs to make them more useful, an extra low for the brutix, cyclone and prophecy, 10m3 more drone bay/bandwidth for the cyclone and an extra 2 turrets plus grid for the ferox would balance them out nicely I think.
