I read the news at strange times of the day, normally 4-5am, and reply to a lot of them. I have to say I've missed a lot of good/bad/indifferent news stuff because there's so many and they arrive all the time.

The frequency of news gets can be adjusted and feeds added or removed if anyone has any suggestions.

Current updates are at 00:00, 04:00, 09:00 US time because that's where the server is.

Well, UK time they're 8am, midday and 5pm. Could do midnight, but that's the same as 8am for some people, how about 10pm?
