Downloading now from the nvidia link at 800kb/s with DownThemAll. Hopefully there's been alot of performance improvements since beta so I don't have to wait until I buy my next PC to play...

Having played both betas and not seen anything bad enough to cancel my pre-order, I think I might skip the demo.

Seems to run alot better than the beta actually, still not perfect but hopefully after a few patches/improved drivers it'll be there.

I'll grab it when my computer is fixed. No doubt we'll have our own little mirror by then as well.

i am not convinced by this game; it's like BEEF, only... it's not BEEF.

:above:

It's a weird one. doesn't quite work for me, certainly not if you take other stuff appearing soon into account (TF2, CoD4, Crysis, UT3maybe)

Oddly enough, that's exactly like BF2142 is. BUT OH WAIT QW IS OBVIOUSLY BETTER.

I'm really liking how this is coming along, the final demo is great. This opinion might be due to the fact that I'm starting to get my head around it now.

Only 11 days to go. :)

Cancelled my order, still find it very meh, also the fact that this really didn't get much 5punk play and everyone else seems meh about it. And tf2 beta isn't 11 days away, its tomorrow, so that wins for me.

I'm still undecided, I'm just not sure the Beef/Quake combo works.

Quake just didn't grape my squildo. Can't really put my finger on why, but it just didn't do it for me.

I'm hoping TF2 will be good, but recently hyped games *cough*Bioshock*cough* have left me a might jaded.

So who actually still has this on order or intends to buy it? Given the other upcoming releases which seem to be more appealing, maybe it's worth waiting a bit and seeing what comes out on top...

Roman, I think it's a mite jaded.

I did wonder.

I'm still ordering it. What are the other contenders then? I somehow doubt it's Halo 3 and I can't think of anything else worth while.
