Right bummers of teh World, when is good for you to have the race (Next week (25-31/07/05))? Previous rules applying to the first leg of the race, 2nd leg is Indies ONLY!

Rules:

1 - Course and routes

1.1 - Start/finish at Frulegur.
1.2 - 3 Waypoints.
1.2.1 - First waypoint will be announced when all participants are at the starting point.
1.2.2 - Second and third waypoints will be announced as the first players approach the preceding waypoint.
1.3 - Anchored cans will be in place at the start/finish point and at the waypoints.
1.3.1 - The cans will be named with the next waypoint.
1.3.2 - The final waypoint can will contain a number of items to act as tokens.
1.4 - The winner shall be the first person to pass through all three waypoints and first to give a referee a token from the final can.
1.4.1 - Anyone taking more than one token will be instantly disqualified.

2 - Ships

2.1 - Ship class shall be restricted to all types of Frigates, Destroyers and Cruisers.
2.1.2 - All types includes the special tier II type craft, for example: Interceptors. Heavy Assault Cruisers, Battlecruisers and Support Cruisers are not permitted.
2.2 - Any configuration of large, medium and low slots is permitted.
2.3 - Any equipment types are permitted to be fitted in those slots (following CCP rules and game limitations).
2.3.1 - Oversizing is permitted in this race.

3 - Entrance Fee & Prizes

3.1 - The entrance fee as applies to members of 5punkorp only is 50,000 ISK for members whose characters have been 'alive' on the Eve servers for less than one calendar month prior to the start of the race. For members of 5punkorp who have been 'active' for longer than one calendar month prior to the start of the race will be 250,000 ISK
3.2 - The prize fund comprises 1,000,000 ISK donated by the character 'Feafalas' combined with ALL of the entrance fees.
3.2.1 - The figure of 1,000,000 ISK may change if there are very few participants. The donation is entirely at the discretion of 'Feafalas'.
3.2.2 - The prize fund will at least comprise of ALL of the combined entrance fees from participants present at the start of the race.
3.2.3 - There will be no refund of entrance fee after the race has begun for any reason other than circumstances beyond the referees, players or other Eve denizens control. I.e. you get shot and can't finish, you won't get your money back!
3.3 - The prize breakdown will be decided and announced either before the race begins, as the race progresses or after the finish of the race.
3.4 - The prizes will be given out at the earliest opportunity.
3.5 - Entrance fees must be given to the referees prior to the start of the race.

4 - Miscellaneous

4.1 - The race is only open to members of 5punkorp without the explicit and prior permission of the referees.
4.2 - Players can be disqualified at the discretion of the referees.
4.3 - Shooting opposing racers is permitted, though not encouraged.
4.3 - The referees are not to reveal the locations of waypoints outside of the conditions detailed above except to other referees under any circumstances.
4.4 - Paying the entrance fee is taken as implicit agreement to these rules.
4.5 - Shooting or targeting the referees could be considered as a disqualifying offence, do not lock the referees for your own safety.
4.6 - These rules can be changed and updated at any point up to the start of the race, but not during.
4.6.1 - The rules detailed here at the start of the race will be those of the race and the conclusion of the race, including the distribution of any prizes.
4.7 - Racers can make additional donations to the prize fund.
4.7.1 - Racers cannot attempt to bribe the referees in any way, shape or form.
4.7.2 - Verbal abuse (or abuse via media) of the referees is permitted, but may be considered a disqualifying offence. This decision would be at the discretion of the referees.
4.8 - It is the responsibility of the participants to make clear any objections to these rules before submission of any entrance fee.
4.9 - The referees decision is final in all matters pertaining to the race.

Also, do I have the permision of the Refeere to join in, as I'll be a member of Black Sea Industry by then?

As we know he will always have a little place for 5punk in his heart, I would be unhappy if Hehulk didn't race

and although I voted for Wednesday before, Tuesday is good too

I vote for Monday.

It's CoD on Tuesday and I play badminton (which seems a popular 5punkorp pastime) on a Wednesday.
