I think I've had my fill of this.

Since I feel I owe you guys an explination, here goes:

I have had enough. Of Pirates/gate-gankers that never ransom. Of silly mistakes beng fatal. Of things hitting you far too hard, giving you no chance to survive and run away.

Every time in the last 11 days I've averaged 2 ships lost a day. Some days it's been 3, some days it's been 1, but it's averaged 2. This in it's self use to bother me, but repeated exposure has kinda brought me to the point of it has no effect on my mood. it's the market grinding to replace it I don't like. That gets me down.

I'm tired of complexes so dangerous that the only way to experience one that's thriling is to be the wingman of a BS. the 3/10 ones are too easy, but the 4/10 are too much of a leap in difficulity.

Most of all I'm tired of those persistant gate gankers who always camp the same gates for 18 hours a day, and frequently only bother to target you when your in an easy to kill ship (An indie full of cargo for example), or perhaps damaged from a fight.

I'd like to thank you for allowing me the moment of happyness I've experienced in eve, such as getting my first cyclone (Cheers Amblin), going rat hunting for the first time (I owe you thanks for this Roman), and even introducting me to EVE it's self (Grimmie, I really do mean my thanks to you).

I have no doubt there's things I'll miss, like the amazing community, but I just can't face picing up the pieces again and starting over, so when my subscription laps again in 2 days I'm going to let it go.

Thanks for Everything.

I'm not an eve player, but i'm sorry to hear you're pissed off with eve, mostly though i find humans are bastards, especially the teenage bastard sort, don't let it get you down too much.

I think I owe you thanks as well Hehulk, you and Roman have been the ones that have helped me the most thus far, it's gonna be different without you there.

On the plus side, I'll be getting BF2 this week at some point, fancy playing that instead??

It's a real shitter when something you enjoy so much can really put you in a foul mood. But you shouldn't let that get the best of you and do stick around here, talk to people on xfire about what else they play and see if that might interest you.

Some of the games we're playing can be bought quite cheaply now and sometimes in CD key only flavour, you might find another collection of people to be nutters with without throwing down heaps of cash.

OK, change of plans. I'm sort of leaving, but losing that ship last night and then this thread (you people should know to ignore me if I'm typing at 4am) sort of brought ou a side of me that vary rarely shows it's self. Anyway, I loged in 'for one last time' and within moments got some evemail from a pirate basically saying pitty what happened, don't give up, blah blah blah blah blah.
So I started a conversation with said pirate, and figgured out what was bothering me about eve and why I was willing to give it up. Well, I got into the game for PVP, and no matter how many rats I killed, it was just too easy as rats never alter their tactics, nor use different set-ups. Further more he suggested that it would be a good idea to join an alliance, as that's a sure-fire way of getting some regular PVP action.
Now comes the sad part. I've suggested joining an alliance multiple times, but since none of you ever seemed interested in that, nor in really doing any PVP we seem to have reached a parting of the ways.

I didn't come to this decision easily, but it's been stewing for a while, so sometime tommorow I'll be resigning my commision with your 5punkers and signing up with the bloodthirsty lot over at Black Sea Industries.

As I said yesterday I will miss you, but mining and rat killing just isn't cutting it for me. If you ever get round to doing another race, just give me a poke though. Would be nice to rob Joose of his crown....

Can I take that to mean BF2? As Wiggy already did that.

Glad you're sticking around, would be glad to lose you from the community in general. I'll be sure to give you a friendly "/emote bums" if I see you in local.

I have to say I know exactly how you feel. I lost several goods ships over the course of a few days, mainly due to bastards whose only joy in the game is to camp out at gates, never moving, and thrashing anything that comes into sight.

Hope you enjoy it in BSI, maybe when we've finished our projects we can meet up for a mahoosive rat hunt. Drop me an Evemail or Xfire me if you need anything.

The Kitten Licker

Yes, I got confused. Meant to write would be sad to see you leave the community.

It was late and my mind was fried from Anal Fajitas.

Hopefully the rest of what I wrote came across OK.

lol, of course it did. I was just poking fun for the hell of it.

As far as killing deep space goes, BSI seems to be more gears to taking down empire rats, so I think of them (I was to say us!) as Concord as it should be. They do some deep space runs though as they (want to say we!) have ties to several alliances without actually being in them. Makes for a pleasant arangement I told.
