Jeeze, my friend bought his AK here in the states about a year ago for $325. His was all spiffy wooden stock as well, which is much sexier than that synthetic crap.

OOoooh! Russian! Nice! The one my friend got was Chinese, IIRC. It might be from some former soviet state though, as you can find all sorts of models made in places like Romania and the like.
