If the people on the server I'm playing on don't have my spray tag installed on their own machine, I assume they will still be able to see mine in game?

yep, you may have to wait a round or so for it to work though.

A cunning spray, because if your foes don't spend precious seconds reading it, in which they can be killed, they will be blinded by its dazzlingness.

If you want others to be able to use them, you'll have to provide links to the TGA files if possible.

Um ... on the webspace that came free with ISP account, probably? I don't mind hosting some files on web servers, its not like they're heavily used, email them to me if you want me to put them up.

BTW (going a bit off topic, but I thought you should know) after mentioning the 5punk badger thing, I've decided it's too much hassel, and instead I'm going to look into adding an "attachment hack" for the forum, and that way you can all attach files to posts/threads on the forum.

I'll let you know nearer the time when/if it's being done
