Spoiler:
Bad Wolf is Rose when she took the time vortex into her when she wiped out the huge dalek invasion horse, so the clue of Bad Wolf told the Doctor that Rose was there, hence the walls between parallel universes were collapsing. And yes, anything could happen, maybe the Time Lords as well.

Big spoiler follows.
Spoiler:
At the end of Dr. Who confidential, Russel has a bit of a talk about what's to come.
Followed shortly by some kind of open-top dalek with a headrest and a control panel..

Yeah Davros is coming back. What a bastard.
Also..
Spoiler:
Also, on the preview for next week's episode we briefly see a silver dalek with parts of it's upper-section in red.
We were out at a science museum today and in the gift shop was a picture of a very old Dr. Who toy matching this description.

Do any of the old Who fanatics know what it is, is it some kind of infamous dalek we've seen before?

Old school info Re. "Also..."
Spoiler:
Red Dalek - Dalek Saucer Commanders:

Although the Red Dalek was never actually seen in an episode, it had been featured in both Doctor Who films and several of the comics and annuals. In the first film, "Doctor Who and the Daleks" one is seen on Skaro acting as a second-in-command to the Black Dalek. In "Daleks: Invasion Earth 2150 AD" the Red Dalek is second under the Gold Dalek and in charge of the Dalek saucer. One did make a brief appearance (although in black & white) towards the end of episode two in "Dalek Invasion of Earth," as the saucer commander. This in reality, was the Black Dalek prop, its paint scheme consisting of only the red under base, and rushed into the production to fill the Dalek ranks.

In several annuals and stories the Red Daleks seem to also be the Spaceship commanders, but only of the large "mother-ship" type saucers, as the ships in the series are usually commanded by Warrior Daleks. In some novelizations and annuals they are also depicted as second-in-command under the Black Daleks. The Red Daleks make their most obvious contributions in the Big Finish audio dramas, "Dalek Empire," where they are depicted as special interrogation commanders.
New, more spoilery spoiler about "Also..."
Spoiler:
"We feel a good deal less positive about the red Dalek, which looks like a fairly ham-fisted attempt to create a new Dalek design/toy for Christmas. The rumour for some time is that the red Dalek will contain Harriet Jones – or what is left of her."
edit:

more poking says
Spoiler:
Red Dalek will contain Harriet Jones as the mother of all Daleks.

Apparently the props were often damaged and salvaged. Maybe it was just a bastardised prop which made it into an episode.

Spoiler:
Just saw a short on BBC2 advertising next weeks episode, and if that ISN'T Davros, then I'm a monkeys uncle. Blue orb implanting into the forehead, wire/metal creating an outline around the top of his head, bare shoulders but destinctly dalek shaped at the bottom.

Spoiler:
I reckon it won't be a full regeneration (or it will but he'll look like Tennant again) because of the hand in the jar or something stupid like that.
