Although I like the pack it still feels a bit wrong to me to use them.

EDIT: Just look around that website, the
Portal review is fucking loony

It's kind of cute that they expose their values onto something that's basically a sandbox and if they choose to view it that way and use it as a teaching tool then they can fill their boots for all I care.
The light=good, dark=bad thing does have traction and is core to a lot of theological thinking, though I fancy truly has its roots in a more primal instinct.
I don't really get why they decided to bash Portal, though. Gladys (sic) is clearly the baddie, so I don't see how freeing yourself from her, particularly if she is a mockery of God is a bad thing. If anything the game itself bashes science (particularly AIs) gone too far and shows the strength of the human spirit overcoming the odds, your eventual victory made more poignant because of the scrawled messages left by the unfortunate previous test subject.

Even Jesus seems a bit perplexed.
They hate on Doom, even though it's about good-old-Christian Marines blasting up hell because its creator is an athiest, and also on Tetris because that's made by commies, who are the next-worst thing, along with gays (Fable 2) and Darwinists (Spore).
Of the games they do like, Heaven does look rather spectacular, has some
immortal characters and depicts some
to-die-for locations, but the actual gameplay looks a bit..ethereal. Actually attempting to depict it seems a bit sacrilegious to me.
Still, with the superb voice-acting and excellent character animation in Zoorace, who needs mainstream titles?

Obsidian could learn some lessons here.
Still it's probably all a spoof site (the Master Chef comment rather gives it away), but those games appear to be real.

I have a plan.
I suggest we build an underground minecart system, and make a massive huge world.
