I think that the spy stuff fell out of secret a bit earlier than they planned. Or they made it look like it did hence the blog posts and the "(act surprised)" etc. But whether they did it by mistake or on purpose it's two class updates in one.

Regardless, the spy stuff is rather good, especially that hand cannon. But the sniper stuff consists of what? A one-shot anti-backstab shield and a big old recurve hunting bow. I think they're real.

Spy gets same amount of watches as sniper gets unlocks? Whuh?

Granted both the sniper things are good and look useful (if they are real), but a little bit more would be nice.

It's worth noting that the original release date for the sniper update was today (the 19th) which allowed for the normal 5 days for the various updates and then the release, but when they brought out the SURPRISE, ITS A SPY stuff they changed the date to the 21st, giving them more days to fit stuff into the update pages, so I think there may still be a chance of the sniper things (one remaining unlock, achievements, thats all that would be left, right?) coming out... or maybe not, since even though they pushed the date back its not enough to allow one of these a day, making this post entirely useless

'Slinger, I wouldn't put them past it to just release the final sniper stuff (if any) on one day and be done with it like they've done before.

Looking like a good update though, can't wait for it so I should hopefully be able to get my pyro award of catching a spy while he's taunting with a ciggy.

That Spy gun makes me want to play this game again. Hard.
