Re: New Minecraft Server!
It seems that both the multiplay servers I use have quite a few issues like that.

Re: New Minecraft Server!
Not able to get in after 5 tries is this happening for anyone else?
Re: New Minecraft Server!
It's back now. I don't know what happened, it was fixed before I had a chance to raise a support case.

Re: New Minecraft Server!
Minecraft Realms is now available in this country, which is moderately interesting, basically £8/mo for a 10 slot server that you have have up to 20 people whitelisted on.
Would be interesting to see how they perform when attacked by me and fab with water.

Re: New Minecraft Server!
The host does it automatically soon after general release it seems. Says 1.7.7 now. Is it okay?

It lives! Ta!
Re: New Minecraft Server!
Is anyone still actively playing or care about the world?
Just wondering as I'm thinking about switching to another mod, an FTB or Tekkit one would probably be best. I've listed the available ones below. I don't know how much I'll play, if any, but I'm happy to run a server regardless. If someone wants the world as is I'll leave it for now, but if there's no interest I'll switch it when I feel like it.
What do you think?
The most activity in the server stats is probably someone's device maxing out the resources until the server does it's weekly reset. Then it starts again:

Re: New Minecraft Server!
That's probably me.
I'm not particularly invested at this point, but I'd like a copy of the world, due to the amount of insane that I built, I'm rather proud of the crazy in the joosamid.
Mods wise, I'm not that arsed, but super elaborate crafty ones somewhat confuse me.

Re: New Minecraft Server!
The technical ones have gone far too technical in my opinion. I'd prefer a mod-pack that has more world structures and new mobs, stuff to explore and discover, rather than just ways to build complex machinery. And magic.Dr. kitteny berk wrote:Mods wise, I'm not that arsed, but super elaborate crafty ones somewhat confuse me.
Anyway I'm in no hurry as I've got plenty to play as it is, just wondered if anyone else fancied a change. I can certainly make the current world files available for download before a wipe.

Re: New Minecraft Server!
I'm happy to go with the majority, but I'm just going to put this out there: latest version of tekkit included the "going to the moon" mod, which also lets you build a space station.

Re: New Minecraft Server!
Idea(s)!
Possibly worth a new thread if we're doing tekkit, as a few of us are clueless as fuck so it might make it easier a bit.
Aanyway, the sprog has offered us the use of his server for vanilla playtimes, so that's an option (got a copy of the whitelist as it is, spoodles?)
