This map generator is probably better and easier to use. Although the Google-ised map takes a long time to generate and is 4.6GB. Almost twice the size of the other one. Looks great though.

Could there be a closer one in an unexplored area or has magic been used to determine that this is the closest one?

There's a jungle tree with a teleport button on it at x374 z51. That's sort of out the front of Fab's cock base. There's another button on a birch tree on the other side.

Used magic to determine the closest to me at the time I got fed up with looking (at the point of the last turn!).

I wish they gave us a higher 'resolution' for portal placement. Mine comes out at (and returns to) Joose's, which is probably half a km away.

Mine is the same, we should make one at casa del mobslug, to see where that pops out.

Meh, I'll just run a train line to my transport room when I get chance. It's not a huge inconvenience.

which will pop you out at the end of the pier in the jungle. Currently constructing a tunnel to the other portal as 2000 rails is more attainable than 25000 in the not Nether. Also it's struck me as strange that the darkest parts of the Nether are lighter than the darkest parts of the overworld

The ambient light in the Nether is higher than it is in the overworld. It is a bit odd in that it means there is no dark spots in hell, but there you go.

Are the above the coordinates for the nether side then?
