Righto, what I'll do is finish off TSDs stuff in PM, and when everything is done here I'll post what happened to him so everyone else can see. Whilst what he does might give away plot points for you guys, it's not going to be the case the other way around, so this will make it easier to play without worrying about unintentional metagaming.

The rest of you drive off towards the airport. Make me a perceptioning test please!

Perception 55 (+10 for actively looking if I can, which I certainly will be): 65

I don't have the beardyroller handy so you'll have to make do with a straight roll;

Roll(1d100)+0:
12,+0
Total:12

Good luck to you guys :)

To be fair, Kurt remembers watching you all die many times over, and has no desire to see it again, so he's outta here.

I fully anticipate a high chance of us dying, but where's the fun in playing it safe?

Knowing that Joose is a Git and planned for this eventuality and has equal badness in store for those who took this option

45+10=55
Roll 65
Doh!

It appears that Tiny is still oblivious to the goings on in the outside world. Let's call it "focusing on driving".

I would like to point out again that I have n no way gone for the safe option, as I now have no backup for whatever Joose throws at me.

He used to be my Boss at the Supa Sekrit, I kow how evil he can be

Moi? :)

For the rest of you: Tiny doesn't notice this, but the rest of you do. Following up behind the car, and steadily gaining on you, is some sort of flying machine. It resembles a giant insect, only with rotors where the wings should be, and a cluster of mechanised arms hanging underneath it with a selection of serrated blades, claws, and something that looks like it might be a circular saw. Because you got such good rolls, you also notice that on its back between the rotors is net, or a basket or something similar. It's full of heads.

Oh shit are those heads?? OH SHIT OH SHIT GO FASTER FASTER NOW. What the fuck is that thing???
How far away is it? I'm thinking we might need to shoot it up a lot because I like my head where it is.

I've not encountered much of Joose's evilness, but I do know what happened in the fall and I know what I'd do to the characters in a one off adventure. I want to see what that is, and if I get my character out alive then that's a bonus.

Edgar starts to make a terrified, whiney noise.

Its about 400m out at the moment, but its gaining pretty fast. Lana has no clue what it is.

Bullet time then!

You guys can have the first round as a surprise round (ie, the big flying thing wont get a go), then we will carry on as normal. Quick reminder if you need it: You roll 1d10 + INIT, highest goes first, and to keep things quick we are not re-rolling init between rounds.

I'll roll my initiative now. For now I'm going to fire aimed bursts (i.e + to hit), when it gets closer I'll start blasting on auto. I suspect the thing will take a lot of damage.

Initiative:
Roll(1d10)+7:
5,+7
Total:12

So to translate my gibberish into rules, I'll be firing bursts for a +10 to hit until it's close enough to be able to hit easily then I'll either switch to full auto for damage or stick with bursts but add +DV, depending on ammo.

Kinetic weapons 60 + burst fire 10 - long range 20 = 50

1, 9: 19 Excellent Success!

Damage:
2D10+8 (AP-9)
Roll(2d10)+8:
6,6,+8
Total:20 (+5 if the excellent success stands)

Init (6) - Wounded (10): Roll(1d10)-4: 10,-4 = 6

I'm not sure if my wound affects initiative, as the book says it affects all actions but who knows. At this stage it doesn't really matter because it's far outside my Laser Pulser's range and it would be a waste to shoot at it now. I'll use a complex action to aim at it, just in case it gets much closer.

Dramatic combat noises will no doubt punctuate that.

It does, but not by as much as you have done there. Each wound gives you a -1 to init, so your total roll there is actually 15.

Lana, can you pick up any signals we can tap into? Also, Edgar had a good idea; see if you can send my backup to an egocast station in case this fucking thing gets my head.
