lol... cheers all who have commented... chances are I will be going, just waiting on confirmation of the order now.
To be honest I am looking forward to going, just for the cultural experience, though 2 days without booze is going to be a killer, at least when I went to Dubai and Bahrain I could have a pint or 2 in the evening, the thought of not having a glass of wine, even with a meal, is a bit daunting.
Rest assured I will provide photos when I go. Do you think I should delete the pr0n from my laptop first?

It might be worth pointing out your missus isn't entirely unreasonable with this, as I definitely wouldn't consider going without asking the wife first.
It will probably be fine, and you will enjoy it, but with all things like this you have to balance up the benefits with the possible negatives.
Personally I wouldn't go without a serious bonus for doing so, as at the end of the day, you are putting yourself at more risk by going there, and therefore should be rewarded in some way for going.
There is no right or wrong answer for this sort of thing, but you have to do what both you and your missus see fit, as I don't think this is a decision you can make on your own.
