Also, how will it work with the balance between BEEF and FutureBeef? 4 days of one and 3 of the other each week? I got the impression it was a case of running one or the other at a time, but didn't see anything saying how the split would work.

Titan on Future Beef makes me Happy, I've got the Expansion on it as well but only Vanilla Beef

No that's Operation Harvest. Road Rage is the one with the highway clover-leaf.
