k this thread is starting to get silly. pos pre-101 setup below
  • 1) if going cpu for labs you want caladari tower
    2) find a quiet location in caladari space near 1 of our offices preferred
    3) get charters for high security and fuel
    4) depending on faction standings for location set up or get corp mate to set up
    5) add on modules (labs, corp hangar if in high security lose guns)
    6) come back once a week for fuel or when bpo researched
honestly its that simple. what is the missing part, faction standings everything else is all ready in our possession or like friz said corp will help so all modules and tower should be covered. this leaves fuel, buy 2 months worth. charters, if anyone has the missions offer for it cool if not open market and buy.

the standings if this is going in amarr or caladari regions let me know, i'll leave 5punk create corp set up this tower and we'll move on to bigger better things like total intergalactic domination.

point of interest ---> If you put the POS up in a new corp, can you set it so 5unkorp can access it? iirc, you can't, so we'd have to use alts to access it.

So I'm voting for a close low sec spot to put it, cheaper, but with fewer labs possible. Probably 2

EDIT:

If that's ok, and somebody can find the place, I'll work on it this weekend. (getting everything moved and set up). I should have some playtime this weekend.

well with it being corp standings and not individual setting pos standings than an empire pos for 5punk would have to be run by alts i would assume. we as a corp are all over the place on the agents we have used. we as a corp could probably set it up in amarr if it wasn't for them gallente and minitar mission runners we would have no problems. kiddin (not rly)

I think low sec is the best option. Remember you need those charter things aswell :(

Dolly's quite right. It's really not hard. That setup and costs I posted I worked out on my spreadsheet so they are correct, no need for discussion there. If Dolly/Morrill left the corp temporarily to set up the POS in high sec, we could then create alts in a spare alt slot to run the jobs for us - with the new toons you can make a perfectly capable researcher fresh out of the box.

Morrill has accepted responsibility for this. From now on there need be no further discussion on the subject until he is ready to go ahead. All that needs to be said has been said.
