Italy was shit I think, sorry. Withdrawal was fucked

Spetsnaz was very much enjoyed here.

Xcom was enjoyable I found, but a bit big.

Dust pcg was too big and pretty ghey, so was ignorance.

Twilight was fun for a while, would enjoy playing it again, but not as a regular map. (but only now and again)

Office extended can be a bit big, but I found it enjoyable, and think it would be pretty good if we could alternate the 2.

Trash
Italy
Dust pcg
Ignorance
Withdrawal

Keep
Twilight
Spetsnaz
Office Extended

Consider
Xcom

Test
Matrix
Stargate
De_Office

*edit* ohh and Berks gooch could be good, but it needs alot of work

I used to play on this map called de_view. It's fairly large, good for 10-16 people, and it's well made.

Yeah, that one as well. Your one's okay because it's got barrels and is a bit different.

As a few of you know now, I'm currently making a CS:S version of CoD's bonneville. The one with the railings.
It's quite far from being finished, but I'll keep at it.

I do need input on what kind of map I should make it though. Hostage or bomb defusal? Or just leave it without either and just let one team kill the other until they win?

Yeah, I was planning on leaving it without a proper gameplay type anyway, as it'd ruin the CoD feel. Unless there were massive demand for rail bombing or something.

Which is also the excuse I'm using for putting in as few shiney (and physics-y) things as possible.

Wasn't this a third mode in the original CS? Or am I mixing up the "escape" mode? I guess you could just put either hossies or bomb sites somewhere no-one can get to if the game insists one or the other be present.

Are you building from scratch or using a convertor? I did find one for CoD maps a while back, but it was less than perfect.

Building from scratch.

And it doesn't insist on having a game type. If you leave it withot one it works fine (except the round doesn't end after x minutes and declare team y winner by default).

I also remember playing a couple of maps a while back which were good fun, one was based on an oil rig (was a 'get x person to a safe zone' jobby) and there was also another one which based in a building site of a mostly finished sky scraper (I think)
