the way DM works on the servers ive played in the past is the spawn points are random, or theres set spawn points all over the map and you randomly spawn in one of them, and at the begining you get a menu on the right which is navigated with the number keys, and you can choose any weapons, i think the admin can probably set it up so some guns arent on the list.

might be fun to have DM every few maps rather than every map as it can get frustrating when you keep spawning infront of people and die 10 times in a row without going more than 1 step

S2B has the general idea there, it throws you down where it throws the rest of your team at the time, but its always moving and pays no attention to where the living members of the team are.
So one moment you are pwning up a choke point in a map with a group of your squad, then all of a sudden you have 5 guys standing behind you. Annoying for the campers, awesome for the run n' gunners. It's great being able to spawn knowing exactly where the bastard that shot you was

Although with huge servers it can be insane, and would probably lead to brain implosions in prolonged doses
