Updated the list. Some games are on sale longer than they said, so will remove them from the list when steam remove the sale price.
There is also a specials tab on the steam home page now.

Actually it's just all Half-Life games and 10% off the Valve Complete Pack. Games like DoD:S and TF2 are still full price.
