The two secretaries in my office are currently having training for Office 2007. First thing I did when it arrived on the Secretary's new machine was set everything to save things in 2003 mode, but from the little I've used it I don't like it. I know this is partly due to it being different, but it doesn't seem nearly as user-friendly.

Not entirely true.
Quite often OEM licenses are different to retail ones in that the retail licenses allow you to uninstall from one machine and reinstall on another whereas OEM is licensed for the (new) PC only.
Now that's not maybe a huge problem with some products, but with ones with activation like Fista and Office, it might present a small problem.
Legal - you aren't following the license.
Technical - They might fayl your activation

Now I'm not saying this is going to happen (if you ring Microsoft they'll probably help you, they have with us) but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Pffft, having used it since it was in beta I now much prefer it. It's hard when I have to go back to Office 2003.
